myself Deepak, i am facing problem in activating EGPRS in my Q2687 modem.
i am trying to activate EGPRS in my modem using AT+WCFM=1,“40”,"…password…". but it shows +CME ERROR:3 i.e operation not allowed. when i use “AT+WCFM=2” i get response as +WCFM: 0026,0 , when i use “AT+WCFM=5” i get response as +WCFM: 00000051,0 . can anyone please help me out.
Presumably, you’re using AT+WCFM at the direction of Wavecom, so why don’t you ask the person who told you to do it? Who gave you the password?
