Continually disconnecting from 3G/LTE

Hi folks,

We just received a MP70 but are having trouble keeping it connected to the internet using our SIM card. Below is a snippet from the log file showing that the router continually connects and disconnects from the internet, but I can’t figure out why it keeps disconnecting. As far as I know all settings are factory default except the internet.com APN.

We had customer with the same issue:

Unable to establish data session, return value: 1014 failurereason: 1018, line: 634

Turns out it was an incorrect APN setting did not match the SIM card.
