I’m using the Wavecom Supreme with the Q2686 and the gps module. I have a couple of questions:

  1. The gps is put into low power mode with the erGpsOff( ) function. Does anything need to be done with the gps reset pin?

  2. Does power to the active antenna get switched off at the same time?

    -> You need to trigger both ENABLE and RESET pin.
  2. Does power to the active antenna get switched off at the same time?
    -> No…
    In fact, it depends on the hardware design. For example, on starter kit, it is hardwired on. But on the fastrack superme, it is controlled by a GPIO.
