I am powering the GPS antenna of the HL7800 modem continuously on the same rail as the modem itself.
Is there a command to turn the GPS circuitry off completely?
This is a mistake on my part as the GPS antenna is drawing current when the modem is ON and was wondering if there is a way to mitigate this by turning the GPS circuitry OFF.

→ I still don’t fully understand this point. Are you using a custom board or the Sierra board?
You can refer to the “+GNSSSTOP Command: Stop the GNSS Session” in the following document for more information: HL78xx AT Commands Interface Guide
I am using a custom board and I think the issue is with my design as the GNSSSTOP command has been given.
The issue is only with active antennas so nothing wrong with the modem.
