I setup a new rv55 and had it registered. I am able to see it active and upgrade firmware through the airadvantage app but I need to connect to the acemanager app to change settings on the modem so I can connect it to my datalogger out in the field. Not sure what has changed since last year when I upgraded our modems to rv55 as connecting went fine summer 2024.

When accessing the RV55 via USB, do you see any interface appearing like the one in the attached image?

Please share a screenshot of the Network Adapters and Ports sections under Device Manager with me.

If it shows an IP address like the one in my screenshot, then when you access https://192.168.14.31:9443/, what screen appears? Please share a screenshot with me.
