Can't access RV50 Web Server after reset

I went to a site using these RV50s and was asked to reset them. I followed the manual on how to reset them utilizing the reset button and after doing so I have never been able to hit the web server at 192.168.13.31:9191. The error shows refused connection. I have tried using HTTP and HTTPS, disabled firewall altogether and tried using different browsers to no avail. Is there something else I am missing?

Have you tried going to https://192.168.13.31:9443 instead? IIRC the newer firmware disables the http server on port 9191 which is what you are trying to reach.

Alternatively, you could try attaching a micro-usb cable to the device. In Windows, you should get an additional network. If you want to use that, you would navigate to https://192.168.14.32:9443

Based on your description, I understand that you’re trying to access ACEmanager via an Ethernet cable, is that right?

  1. Please go to Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings and check if the Ethernet interface has the default gateway (192.168.13.31). Please share a screenshot with me.

  2. Additionally, you can also use a USB cable to access it. If you try accessing the RV50X via USB, do you see any interface appear like the one shown in the attached image? Please share a screenshot of the Network Adapters in Device Manager with me.

  3. If it shows an IP like the one in the screenshot, you should be able to access https://192.168.14.31:9443/
