Can't access ACEmanager

Hi,
I’m using AirLink RV50X that having a trouble regarding the network and signal, both led indicator is flashing red. And can’t access to ACEmanager, without problems through USB cable. I’m able to connect to Internet and browse the web.

I really need to resolve this issue.

Is the RV50X currently located near you? When connecting it to the computer using a USB cable, do you see ‘Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device’ under Network adapters or ‘Airlink USB Serial Port’ under Ports in the Device Manager, as shown in the attached images?

Have you installed the drivers for RV50X? If not, please download and install the drivers from the following link: https://source.sierrawireless.com/resources/airlink/software_downloads/airlink_usb_driver/#sthash.MBkPp71k.dpbs

Because, based on the screenshots you provided, I can’t see the RV50X interface listed under Network Adapters. After installing, please share screenshots for both Network Adapters and Ports with me.

Good day.
After I downloaded the drivers and installed them, I could not see the “Remote NDIS-based Internet Sharing Device”
Under the Network Adapters.

  1. Are the drivers applicable only on Windows 7? Because I’m using Windows 10.
  2. Please see the attached file for your reference.
