I have this error in the SIERRA MODEM ES450 after to change the SIMCARD with a 4g simcard:

RADIO FIRMWARE VERSION: SWI9X15C_05.05.78.00 R34310 CARMD-EV-FRMWR3 2017/09/17

ALEOS SOFTWARE VERSION 4.9.5 BUILD NUMBER 010

Could you please take a look at the below question/concern and share your answers?

  1. Please update to the latest Aleos version to see if the issue still persists.
  2. “I have this error in the SIERRA MODEM ES450 after to change the SIMCARD with a 4g simcard”
    → Previously, did you successfully send a message with another SIM card? Can the ‘4G SIM card’ currently send SMS? Please insert it into a phone and test it.
  3. If the issue still occurs, could you please share the full log file and template file for further investigation?
