Airlink LX60 does not attach to the network

I have LX60 LTE-M/NB and RV55 LTE-M/NB, both devices have connected to our network previously using generic SIMs. Now, the 2 devices no longer send RACH messages to the network.
AT+COPS? shows commercial networks but not the private LTE network.

The software and radio module firmware have been updated. What could be the issue?

Hi abiodun

Which software and radio firmware versions are you using?
Had the module worked perfectly with the same SIM before? If yes, did you take any new settings?
Could you help to share to me the log of AT+COPS? command?

There are a lot of things that can happen when LX60 and RV55 don’t attach to the network.
Please check band support, SIM card, APN, radio firmware, signal network.

You can try to reset the AirLink gateway to the factory default settings.

  1. Backup your device settings by downloading and saving the template. Please refer to page 20 in 41113548_ALEOS 4.13.0 Software Configuration User Guide for AirLink LX60_r1.pdf for more details.
  2. Reset the device to factory default settings. Select reset mode: Preserve Only User Password. Please refer to page 385 in 41113548_ALEOS 4.13.0 Software Configuration User Guide for AirLink LX60_r1.pdf for more details.

Aleos software Version: 4.13.0 Build: 017
Radio Module Firmware: SWI9X06Y_02.16.06.00 7605a6 jenkins 2018/06/20 17:56:12

The module worked perfectly with same SIM previously.

I performed hard reset, & reloaded Aleos software and radio module firmware on both devices.
The UEs are now attached to the network.

Thanks
