AceNet Error - Autoregistration failed

On the service page, on the AVMS page,
after enable AVMS, I got this error message on the Status line
“AceNet Error - Autoregistration failed : gateway already linked to an invalid system”

I’m not getting any response on the AirVantage side, so I’m trying to see if anyone on this forum has encounter this

Hi,

Please try to delete and again add the unit.
And for the firmware, “Not Found - select one” comes if there is no corresponding firmware to GX440.

Please contact your administrator to add the firmware.
