But I can’t see it anywhere on the “Products” pages, where you find all the other information about products and services - including Open-AT

The new Wavecom Website is designed in a way that it allows the access to the file downloads based on the users. There are files which can be downloaded only by Distributors and there are also files which can be downloaded by both the developers and the distributors. 
So because of this feature, the download section varies with the user type.
So… A basic tool like DWLWin is a “distributor only download”?
That’s certainly helpful…
Then it appears to be broken! 
I take it you’re not a distributor then, yet can still get files some of us others can’t…?
Hmm… perhaps I should just keep quiet then… 
But there’s still seems to be stuff missing from what I can see…
then the application notes displayed on the developer download area :

can only be accessed by distributors?
I can only download the zip files, but none of the pdf ones.
