AAF Connection to Server Failed / RV55 AAF Issues

Hello,

I’m experiencing some issues when trying to upload an application to an RV55. More accurately, I keep getting the error “Error : AAF connection to server failed (22)” and occasionally “Error : AAF connection to server failed (28)” when trying to establish a connection in order to successfully upload an application. At this moment, I’m stuck on “In Progress” indefinitely.

Things I’ve double checked and confirmed.

  1. Application has been added to Firmware & Applications via Systems > Device > Edit
  2. AirVantage and Device have matching M3DA Protocol Password
  3. I’ve listed 44900 in Allowed Inbound and Outbound Ports
  4. I and my account is based in North America so I am using the MSCI Server URL “https://na.m2mop.net/device/msci/com”
  5. I’ve Enabled ALEOS Application Framework on the device via Applications > ALEOS Application Framework > Enabled
  6. The device successfully communicates with AirVantage, I’m able to push Templates, Synchronize, etc. The communication Status is Green
  7. The device is using a Verizon Cellular Line set with a Static Public IP Address
  8. I’ve uploaded the application locally to the device with no issue.

Could you please share the full log file and template file with me.
***Here are the instructions for obtaining the log file and template file:

  1. The template file can be found in ACEmanager → Template. Provide any desired name for the Template Name, and then press Download to retrieve the template file.

  2. Obtain the log file:
    a. Go to AceManager > Admin > Log > Configure Logging.

    • Set all log levels to DEFAULT (NOTICE).
    • Set Linux Syslog to DISPLAY.
    • Then select Apply.

    b. Reboot the gateway.

    • Reproduce the issue

    c. Go to Admin → View log → Download Logs.
