XR90 Ping from modem but not Ethernet

I have a XR90 with one Sim installed for now. Iam able to do a ping (8.8.8.8) and trace from the router with no issues but having trouble connecting to the internet through ethernet. My computer is unable to ping the same address or access the internet.

Any networks setting s that might be blocking it?

Firmware is up to date

Firewall rules for Ipv4 to wan allowed

Any other settings that might be blocking internet traffic?

I tested plugging a PC into the XR90’s Ethernet port, and I was able to ping 8.8.8.8 successfully.

Please let me know the following information:

  1. What version of AirLinkOS is your XR90 running?
  2. Which port on the XR90 is your PC plugged into, and is the Ethernet port light on?
  3. Please share a screenshot of Ethernet Interfaces > Configuration with me.
  4. Please share full screenshot of the Firewall > Firewall Status tab with me.
