Have not found topic for a new wismo 218 module…
We’ve ordered samples, but according the documents AT commands for these modules have been changed significantly. Most notably wismo 218 does not support SR memory. So I’ve got a couple questions:
- Is it expected in future that new modules will support this type of memory?
- What other changes/bugs to expect?
- Will I receive status report indications since they are not stored? I’ve read about CDS indications command instead of CDSI - will it be enough to know that SMS is delivered?
- Can somebody advise how could we use GPRS without embedded TCP/IP stack? We can start some kind of external stack (eg uIP) but how to connect it to the module?
