I have a WISMO218 dev kit and module. I have followed the instructions for setting up the device for connection via serial port from my PC, but I cannot get any console output from the embedded device. Can someone who has one of these kits please tell me exactly what settings on the board are required to get it to communicate with my PC?
FYI:
The module is powered on, as the power LED is illuminated.
UART1 is switched on. XMODEM is OFF
UART2 is switched off.
Hyperterminal is set to 115Kbaud, 8N1 none. I have also verified that the COM port is fully functional.
LED is OFF
Buzzer LED is ON
SIM is in place and valid
Antenna is connected
I have tried changing the boot and debug switches, but they don’t seem to have any effect.
Any ideas?
