Is it expected that WISMO 218 modules will be updated with the newer firmware? If yes what will be the way to update em? Or the only way to have newer firmware is to buy newer module?
No, you will be able to update the firmware of the wismos (if your firmware is not too old). There is a dwlwin like application for wismos. Please contact your distributor for details.
