We have several WISMO 228 modules that we’d like to update to the latest firmware version to help diagnose an issue we are having. The utility to do this does not appear to be available on the Sierra site, the the standard response appears to be ‘contact your supplier’.
We purchase our modules through Farnell, any they cannot help in supplying the updater. How do we go about acquiring a copy?

Ideally the distributor should provide the tool.
You can contact to some local distributor as well,other than “Farnell”.
