What's the difference between uart wdwl and m2mstudio wdwl

hello,every one!
I am using Q2687G now,and edit and compile with m2mstudio;
when I use the kit board with Q2687,I can download the app software with “Run as Open AT Target Application”,but when I use the board designed by myself,I do the same thing,but after wdwl (I can see the packages send ok via xmodem),the m2mstudio display “waiting for …”,and at last timeout;
when I use the board designed myself,I wdwl the app by the hyperterminal,that’s OK,and it runs well;
So what’s wrong ?
