Verizon SIM not detected with MC7455

Our device has MC7455 and we could successfully test AT&T network. But our device is not able to detect Verizon network. When we try to read SIM, it always says failure.

Can you please help on what could be possible issue. We did try setting the module to factory default, but problem still persists.

Are you sure it is an LTE SIM and not a CDMA RUIM from Verizon?

SIM failure means the unit has attempted to connect to the SIM card but has failed to negotiate with it.

Thanks for response, we are checking with verizon on SIM information.

We found that there was some HW fault on device, after correcting the same SIM were detected fine.
