Verizon SIM does not work with my EM7455

Hi, on the Sierra Wireless evulation kit with a EM7455 module installed, I cannot get PDP network to work when I install the Verizon SIM card. It works just fine with ATT and Tmobile SIM cards. Any clue why?

Why is the at+cops=? not returning Verizon as an option? I know I am in a Verizon service area since my iPhone scan can detect the Verizon network.

Do I need to issue a command to switch the EM7455 module from GSM to CDMA?

Please use your Verizon SIM card and provide some information about your module and SIM card using below commands:
AT!ENTERCND=“A710”
AT+CPIN?
AT!BAND=?
AT!BAND?
AT+COPS=?
AT!IMPREF?
AT!CUSTOM?
AT!PCINFO?
AT!GETBAND?

You can upgrade the EM7455 to the latest firmware SWI9X30C_02.33.03.00 and try it again.
