Hi @franco.cattaneo,

Please refer to the following ideas:

Could you please tell me which device you are using that driver for?
Could you please provide a screenshot of the problem you are having so that I can further assist you?
Could you please give me a screenshot of System Information (by pressing the key combination “Window + R”, typing in msinfo32).

msinfo32

Thanks,

Good morning
the router is MP70.

Hi @franco.cattaneo,

After I install the USB driver from the source, connect the MP70 to the computer using USB cable, the Windows7 recognizes the device successfully.

Could you please try updating to another Windows OS to see if the issue still occurs?

Thanks,

Good morning

Hi @franco.cattaneo,

  1. Please refer to the following steps:

1.1. Download USB driver file from source page, you will get USB driver zip file.
1.2. Extract that zip file and you will have an ini file named AirLink USB Ethernet driver.
1.3. Click Open that file
1.4. After that you connect the MP70 to the computer using USB cable, then the computer will recognize the device

  1. Besides, could you please share a screenshot of what Device manager shows under Network adapters and Ports?

Thanks,

Hi @franco.cattaneo,

If you have followed the instructions correctly and still have the issue, the problem probably comes from your Windows 7 SP1.
Could you please update your Windows operating system and recheck if the problem is resolved?

Thanks,
