Update BC118 using MelodySmart App

I am trying to update my BC118 because it switched to MelodySmart OT (I don’t know why), but in app, in the page “Choose a FW image” (in apple version) the app stays forever Loading data…
How solve it?

Please make sure your phone has internet access. If you are using wifi, try to change DNS address to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8

Have you tried on both iOS and Android devices? If the issue still happens, it may come from the server. You should contact Sierra for the server’s current state.

Yes, I tried with both systems. I also tried to open a ticket directly with Sierra, but no one has answered so far.
