Unable to synchronize EM7430 to upgrade firmware

I am trying to upgrade firmware in EM7430 module at eu.airVantage site. The module is not synchronized with airVantage server. I have gone through the discussion here FXT009 with AirVantage. Even after modifying configuration I could not make it synchronize.

Here are the commands:

Does it work if you delete the module in avms portal and register again?

Deleting and registering at portal did not help.
These are the modem serail number and IMEI. Please confirm if the entry should be in other way around. Does portal would not let user to register modem if already exists? (In case if someone in my org might have added to portal with other user)

If you can delete and register, no one should be using it in the portal

Btw, is that only one module is seeing problem?

The module is registered by other account. Module registration (as in the above screenshot, IMEI as Serial Number and Serial Number as IMEI) is wrong. On deleting from other account and re-registering with correct details, it synchronised. Thanks for your help.
