Em7455 will not syncornize

Unit is on Verizon network
Tried registering the the device with the IMEI and Serial number printed on the module and the IMEI and IMEI as the Serial number (which is what the modem returns from AT+CGSN). Same results from both.

are you using the latest FW?
https://source.sierrawireless.com/resources/airprime/minicard/74xx/em_mc74xx-approved-fw-packages/#sthash.2PNzT7s6.dpbs

How many devices are seeing this issue?

Also see related thread here:

you need to make sure no host platform is using the data connection

Verified the module is running SWI9X30C_02.33.03.00 (latest Verizon fw)

Only testing on one device so far.

When getting the fw version, i noticed Skylight is reporting the module Serial Number (ESN) as 0

how about disabling the rmnet or MBIM interface in AT!USBCOMP?
this is to ensure no host platform is using the data connection

BTW, is your VZW SIM card OK to establish data connection?

AT!USBCOMP? returns ERROR

Skylight shows a connection and data upload/download.

You need to first enter at!entercnd=“A710”
