Hi @gracet,
Welcome to our community!
Have you installed the driver when using the MC7355? If the Toughbook CF-19 Mk6 comes with the MC7355, please refer to the source page of Toughbook CF-19 to find the driver and install it.
Thanks,

Source page???
I installed driver from Panasonic. Card not detected as before:ried netsh mbn show interface and nothing. Wireless Aircard Watcher says no card.
Have activated SIM installed
Is the card supposed to show up in device list? How identified?
Thanks
Robert
Hi @gracet,
After installing the driver, do any ports appear in the Ports and Modems section of Device Manager? Please share a screenshot of Device Manager with me.
Thanks,

Hi: Waiting your response on my post of pics you suggested I send.
Thanks Robert
Hi @gracet,
Based on the image you provided, the issue could come from either a hardware problem with the MC7355 or incorrect driver installation. In this case, it’s best to contact support from Panasonic for assistance.
Thanks,
Thanks for response. Could you send me a shot of device manager showing what I should see with a recognized card? Thanks
Robert
Thanks. Now I know what to look for.

Hi: I am deep in something I am not sure of. Panasonic Toughbook CF-19 Mk6 in Gamber-Johnson dock. Have MP70. I assume I will have to use an RJ45 patch cable tom connect the Toughbook to the MP70.
Do you know of any publications with instructions on hooking these routers/computers together ?
Thanks
Robert
Thanks in advance
Robert
Is there one document that leads one through all of this?
Another question: MP70 has MC7455. Firmware packages listed:
-
MP70
-
North America & EMEA (MC7455)
I thought these modems were multi-carrier. Does this mean one need to update firmware for specific carriers?
Further more:
(Warning: Upgrading from ALEOS 4.15.x and earlier releases to 4.17.1 is not directly supported. AirLink MP70 routers must be upgraded to ALEOS 4.16.x (see MP70 Firmware List 4.16.2) before upgrading to ALEOS 4.17.1.)

Sorry. Went off the rails.
