the last couple emails from wavecom were for some firmware updates, well I would like to install them now and guess what, the email is totally unreadable and the likks are gone!!!

What sort of updates are you after? You can download the latest versions of Open AT via their web site.
Can you provide links to the latest versions of OpenAT and firmware for the Q24 Plus modem?

after you sign into the Wavecom site, you can navigate to the latest version of Open AT for your specified system. I search my way to the Q24 family at the following site:
wavecom.com/modules/movie/sc … Q24_Series
From that site, it looks like you should be using SDK 3.17.
If you can not get to this site, contact your FAE.
