Temperature class B: Performance deviation?

In the WMP100 Technical Specification (WM_DEV_WUP_PTS_004, revision 2, march 2007, page 3) the WMP100 is specified to perform at full perfomance in the temperature class A, which is -20 to +55 degrees Celcius. In class B (-40 to +85 degrees), the specification says ‘Full function with performance deviation’. What does this mean? As it is not ‘degradation’, can the device perform better or use too much transmitting power to comply with local regulations? Are there measurements of the performance in this temperature range?

Sorry for asking so much questions in this forum, but it seems a quick way to get answers on various questions, often quicker than via the local salesman of Wavecom…
