The Open AT Embedded Software Suite package 2.31.0.RC2 contains:
Open AT Firmware Package (7.4.0.a.200910291816)

And the 2.31.0.RC1 contains:
Open AT Firmware Package (7.4.0.a.200912041916)

Which is the difference between 7.4.0.a.200912041916 and 7.4.0.a.200910291816 ? Where is the change log ?
