SIM cannot be recognized using EM7430

The EM7430 is recognized on the Linux board, but the SIM is not recognized when inserted.
The board PC is a TinkerBoard3N running debian11.
The EM7430 is recognized, but when I insert a SIM card it is not recognized.
I tried inserting other SIMs and also inserting it into another board PC, but the results were the same.

Some execution commands are as follows:

I tried changing it to !UIMS: 1 but I get an error

have you the latest FW?
https://source.sierrawireless.com/resources/airprime/minicard/74xx/em_mc74xx-approved-fw-packages/#sthash.2PNzT7s6.dpbs

I tried updating the FW, but I got +CME ERROR: 10.
I tried setting UIMS to 1, but there was no change.
Could it be that the SIM is not being recognized depending on the type of nanoSIM?

when you set UIM:1, it is using SIM slot 2, are you putting your SIM card to that slot?
Please read the specification of EM7430.

I tried inserting it in both slots with the same result.

Have you tried some more sim cards?

Btw, what is the return of at!custom?

Sorry. When I changed the slot, the result was different.

This was the same even if I inserted another SIM.

The result of the AT command is as follows:
at!custom?
!CUSTOM:
GPSENABLE 0x01
GPSLPM 0x01
GPSSEL 0x01
IPV6ENABLE 0x01
UIM2ENABLE 0x01
USBSERIALENABLE 0x01
SINGLEAPNSWITCH 0x01

OK

+CME ERROR: 13 → it means SIM failure
+CME ERROR: 10 → it means SIM not inserted.

I have no idea on this, maybe some hardware damage on the SIM slot.

I have two of the same device and the same thing happens on both, even when I swap out the sim for another one.

you might try other firmware with other PRI and see if there is any improvement.

BTW, I don’t quite see problem with my module:
