I have four similarly configured gx440 units installed near cellular sites, all with varying signal levels. Out of the four only one is consistently connected to the cellular network. Signal strength is very high while remaining consistent on this unit and it performs wonderfully.
The other units show incredible signal, however they lose connection often. When the other units are connected to the cellular network, they vacillate between poor SINR and acceptable SINR but otherwise excellent RSRP and RSRQ. I am guessing that they are just overpowered by the tower signal and constantly fighting to remain connected. Besides altering the installed hardware to attenuate the signal is there a way to reduce the receive sensitivity further in the gx440 through the software?
