Sierra LX40 suddenly not responding anymore

Using a LX40 in a vehicle network via Ethernet. The modem was suddenly not able to communicate anymore with the Network. Nothing physical was done to it during this time. After a full vehicle reboot, the LX40 IP address was not responding anymore. Later on this day i found this LX40 witht he default IP. It looks like it reset itself to factory with no interaction.
I updated the Aleos to 4.16 and re-configured it to our needs. It is working since then again.
Aleos FW was 4.15 before.
Any idea what could have happend triggering these reset?
Unfortunately i have reset the Modem before i updated the FW, meaning i have no logs anymore from this occurenc. But i have logs recorded from our System about 6 minutes before the issue happend.

I’m not sure whether there was anything unusual in the logs from 6 minutes before the incident, but share them with me so I can try to find out.
