Hope you have at quick answer to my problem.
Have used Sierra Wireless many years. XE and RV50 and never hade any problem. But have now 2 of LX40 AirLink LX40 LTE IoT Router NB-IoT/CatM1 and they not working with operator TRE and Telia. It’s no problem in XE, RV50 and other routers. Operator Comviq works in LX?
The router gets a ip on Wan side finds operator but after some short time it lost connection and the router reboot!

What firmware version are you using? If you are not in the latest firmware, please download the latest one and retry.
You can get the LX40 firmware here AirLink LX40 Firmware Packages
If you still have problem, please provide the configuration template file and system log on your LX40 gateway.
Steps to collect system log:
a. Go AceManager > Admin > Configure Logging
Set all log levels to Notice (Default)
Set Linux Syslog to Display
b. Reboot the gateway.
c. Perform your test again.
d. Go Admin → View log → Download Logs

The included log file appears to be only a section of the original log file. Typically, an ALEOS log is 1 Mbyte. Please re-download the log files on your 2 LX40 gateways (Telia and Tre) and attach them here. Please provide more device LX40 (Tre operator) template.
Steps to collect system log:
a. Go AceManager > Admin > Configure Logging

d. Go Admin → View log → Download Logs buttons

The router works with Telias m2m simcard in 2G/GSM Not a working solution but for info.

Your firmware version in log files is 4.11.0.F007 and Tre_filteredlogs.tgz is TELIA operator. Please provide the log files on your 2 LX40 gateways (Telia and Tre operators) with latest firmware ALEOS 4.15.0.010.

I made this test from a new router.
Upgrade it and config it after that I made test with Telia and Tre.
so look later in the log.
