RV55 unable to detect USB/ using USB2.0 Extender.

What OS platform are you using?
Have you installed the AirLink USB driver?

I try it show me error
Win 7 and win10

alreadly install it shows error when using usb extender only/
if direct from rv55 usb to computer it works

Which ALEOS firmware version are you using? If you are not in the latest firmware 4.14 version, please download the latest one and retry.

Hi zhiwei1984,

I tried it with my USB 2.0 extender. RV55 can detect USB when I use USB2.0 extender. Please double check your USB2.0 Extender.
Best to use directly from RV55 USB to computer.

I don’t have a USB 2.0 Cat 5 Extender (up to 60m) to try it.
Why don’t you direct from USB RV55 to the computer?

but i try using this method on rv50 its works
