hello
i have just updated my RV50X firmware (from 4.9.3 to 4.13.0) and radio module (from SWI9X30C_02.24.03.00 to SWI9X30C_02.32.11.00)
the gateway does not connect anymore while nothing has changed except the updates.
I systematically get " Network Link Down" in the status page.
Any idea on what i should do ?
Is there anyway to go back to the previous config ? (i did not find the iso file to reinstall the radio module)

Hi,
I didn’t get this issue from my site. Please check your SIM card, check APN, band and then reboot device again.
Please make sure that you used correct radio module (Generic or AT&T)
But if you still want to downgrade to previous firmware, you can access ALMS -> Developer -> Public apps, search “Revision” = 4.9.3 and down .zip file. Extract this file and upgrade .bin file for ALEOS firmware and .iso file for radio module.

Thanks for your reply. In fact , the gateway has recovered the connection after I put the power down for a while and remove the SIM card.
