RV50 Modem Stuck in Standby Mode

I have a brand new RV50 out of the box that seems to be stuck in Standby mode. (Solid Red power light only).

I’ve tried:

  1. Reset Button for 20 Seconds
  2. Shorting and removing ignition power
  3. Removing the Sim
  4. Putting the GPIO to 24vDC or 0V DC
  5. Disconnected the aerial.

Still nothing. Tried the supplier and they are scratching their head. Any ideas?

I’ve seen a couple like that. Have your supplier get an RMA for a warranty replacement from Sierra.
