RV50 FW4.9.0.040 Trusted IPs Inbound can't connect

I am having the same issue with the GX440 (4.4.6.002) and GX450 (4.9.2.002)

VPN (IPSec) + IP Filtering (Trusted IPs) - GX440 or GX450

We have a GX440 using an IPSec VPN. We also have IP Filtering (Trusted IPs) applied. In older versions of the firmware, our LAN devices would communicate while the VPN + Filter are applied. Since version 4.4.6 (GX440) and 4.9.002 (GX450) we can no longer see the LAN devices attached to the unit with VPN + IP filter applied. If we remove filtering, we can see the devices again. I’ve even tried applying the LAN devices to the Trusted IP list and it no longer works. Thoughts?
