RV50 download template over https:// don’t work with AELOS 4.5.0.
I have tryed various browsers IE, Firefox, Crome , same problem for all.
Download template over http:// works fine.

Hello,
This is a known issue and has since been reported to our engineers for analysis. They are aware of the situation. Until a fix is released, we recommend using this as a workaround when attempting to download a template via HTTPS:
IPADDRESS:9443/admin/SWIApplyTemplate.xml
Just replace “IPADDRESS” with your local or remote IP and it should prompt you for the download window.
