We have a few hundred RV-55s in the field. Sims in both primary and secondary slots. With one of the two providers we see some locations are consistently losing connection, while other locations are perfect. Most of the modems were upgraded to the 4.17 firmware, but we still have some on 4.16.
The error logs reference that a socket is open but cannot connect to it. Additional sockets are opened but the modem will not connect because there is already one open. This continues until it appears the TCP idle times out. Trying to figure out why socket options cannot be set as that appears to be the catalyst for the string of failed connections.
