Remote desktop connecting with GX440

Hi everyone,

I’m using an AirLink GX440 running ALEOS Software Version 4.4.0.

I can’t seem to enable port forwarding from my only connection to the 3389 port (the default port for remote desktop connection). I’ve included a screenshot of my Acemanager page just to show you guys what I’m doing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :slight_smile:

Hi there,

Port Forwarding features should be working correctly in 4.4.0. Make sure you are not having issues with local firewall (from the PC sending the RDP request) or the host pc’s firewall (from the pc receiving the RDP request).
Alternatively, test other applications like VNC on different ports, to help confirm where the issues may lie.
