I left the application uploading files to an ftp server for about 1 hr. After that the application hanged. When I restarted I received +WIND: 1 +WIND: 16 +WIND: 3 and then the modem resets.

I can’t do anything on it!! :imp:

Does anyone have any idea how to get it out of this mode!!

Hi clemence,

I think the only thing you can do now is to reflash the core firmware using the boot pin and the DWLWIN tool. Which may not be available to you as I read in other posts… In which case you will need to send the modem to your distributor for repair.
