Hello, I am looking for a GSM modem product which accepts several SIM cards from different networks and which can be ordered by a web server to send bulk SMS and USSD calls

To use bulk SMS, the module should connect to internet and support HTTPPOST to send data to web server.

Or, you can use GSM module as a dial-up device and launch web at host device. (for HL series)

For WP series, an internet connection interface will be created at host device when you connect module to host device. From this connection, you can launch the web service.

Almost modules are working at 2G/3G can send USSD call (the USSD code depends on your operators).
