MC7455 and USSD issue

I am trying to send a USSD message via the MC7455, but it is not getting a response.

I am able to send fine with same SIM card on a different modem (huawei) and see the responses back from the carrier so it seems to be an issue on MC7455.

Here is what I send:

at+cscs?
+CSCS: "IRA"

OK
at+cusd?
+CUSD: 1

OK
at+cusd=1,"#225#",15
OK

But I never get a response +CUSD

Can someone else try sending a USSD on their EM/MC 7455 and see if it works for them?

Firmware in use: 02.24.03.00

Seems similar to this: https://forum.sierrawireless.com/t/no-ussd-responses/8182/6 However it was solved with a firmware update, and since I am running latest, not sure it applies to 7455.
