Power Light only (gx400s)

My apologies, first time here and I am searching for information on the LED lights and what they mean. I found a quick guide online but nothing about if the power light is only green.

Does anyone know what it means if only the power light is lit green on gx400s?

I have the same issue, I haven’t been able to access the device over ethernet or USB. If you find a solution please post it in this thread, any help would be much appreciated.
