Policy routing

Hoping someone has some experience using Policy Routing.

We have an LX60 that we use for our VOIP traffic. The issue is we sometimes need to access the phones from our computers on a different subnet.

Is it possible to have this device send data to a specific subnet to a different gateway on the lan side?

VOIP subnet is 10.10.2.0/24
DATA subnet is 10.10.1.0/24
LX60 10.10.2.2
Gateway to data is 10.10.2.1

The Gateway to the data network is also the gateway for the data network and is aware of both vlans.

Hi matt4,

  • Policy routing only works over WAN interfaces (i.e. Cellular, Ethernet Wan, WiFi Client)
  • Policy routing does not work for unsolicited inbound traffic.

You can refer to VRRP (Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol) network configuration with VLANs in the user guide.
