USINS THE AT COMMAND WOPEN I CAME TO KNOW THAT MY MODULE IS OPEN AT ENABLED. I DONT KNOW HOW TO USE IT OR UPGRADE THE VERSION .

Your question is like “I don’t know how to use Windows… Can someone explain it to me?”.
On such a broad question it is likely that you will get no answer here… You should start reading the literature that came with OpenAT (.pdf files on the CD). Also, your distributor should be able to offer you help to get started!
When you have more specific questions return to the forum to ask…

All the documentation is on the Open-AT CD.
“Getting Started with Open-AT” Tells you how to install all the tools;
The “Tutorial for Open AT” walks you through the Hello_World project;
There’s over a dozen sample projects on the CD.
Your CD may vary, but on mine I have “Tutorial for Open AT V3.03”, and the full details are:
