Not able to communicate with GL6100 modem

Hi All,

I am using GL6100 (RS232) modem and I have connected to DevStudio for communication with 38400-8-1-NONE settings.

  1. This modem only communicates with 38400 baud rate, is it fine or is there any problem?
  2. Yesterday I was able to connect it but now modem is not responding to any communication through HyperTerminal, Putty or DevStudio, can anyone please tell me how to recover the modem or how can I download the firmware and bootloader files?
