nmeaBuildVTG does not do what the name says!

This is found in all the versions of ‘cgpscore.c’ in the various samples for both OPUS-I and OPUS-III in SDK v2.12:

So, nmeaBuildVTG does not build a VTG sentence at all - it builds a GLL sentence!
