New LX40 only shows as inventory not online

I have a new LX40 router, configured and working online. However, even though the IMEI & Serial numbers are entered on AirVantage, the unit is not showing as being on line or displaying any data. Only shows as “inventory”?

As I know, the issue you’re currently facing is due to the device being idle for an extended period of time before actual use and due to this the window for registration has passed thus placing the device in an inventory state.
In order to correct this issue an ALC (Air Link Complete) subscription will need to be purchased for your devices in order for the inventory state status to be removed.

So, could you please share the URL link to LX40 system so I can check further?
