Then check device manager and see if the required ports are enumerated

If the usb is directly connected RC module, you should see some ports enumerated in device manager

@jyijyi
can you confirm, i tried to upgrade the firmware via AirVantage but couldn’t be able to do it. first i registered the device on AirVantage by using IMEI and SN number.
but its not synchronize even i update all the ATT command in my code base and tried manually as well.
just check whether Release 4 will support the AirVantage facility or not ??
in the below screenshot what is the meaning of that ??

can you provide the AT command log here?
Can the module connect to Airvantage portal?

i tried to register the device on AirVantage but still its not synchronized with that. for logs i’ll extract and send you back.
just one confirmation can we upgrade FOTA via AirVantage when device is having firmware Version Revision: SWI9X07H_00.03.03.00 2bb7a4 jenkins 2020/04/15 07:57:29
means Release R4

what are the return of ATi3 and ati8 in your module?

(Release R4 seems to be quite old, not sure if it can be upgraded or not)

please find attachements:

@jyijyi
could you please confirm it from your end whether we can do FOTA or not via AirVantage??
it’s an urgent, we are struggling to provide solution to our customer?

it is even older then Release 4…
you module is really old one which has out of the warranty period

what is the OS of the host device which is connected with the USB of the module?
