Message error with FXT009

Dear all,

I am using the sierra airlink modem FXT009 to send status messages to a mobile phone number. The issue is the following:

The system should send the following message: No.1 Location Error

The issue is that I always receive a message with an @ infront of all symbols like: @N@o@.@1@L@O@C and so on.

Do you know what is wrong? I am using currently the FXT modem via USB with the Install Version V3.8.9.0

Thank you very much for your help and support.

Best regards

Andre

Hi,
It’s so strange. What is the firmware for your FXT?
Could you help to check:

  • AT+CSCS?
  • AT+CGDCONT?
Did you use AT command or application to send SMS? Could you help to share the steps to send sms?
What is the device that you use to receive sms?
Please try this sms to itself (FXT0009), does the issue happen?

Thanks,

Is there any command how to export the current setting and safe them?

Hi Andre,
It is the latest firmware for FXT0009, so how about these commands?

Thanks,
